Can you work with screenshots and WhatsApp images?

Yes. The service is made for low-quality customer uploads. Some files can be cleaned directly, while very damaged files may need a redraw or custom quote.

Do you provide embroidery stitch files?

Not by default. I prepare clean artwork for print or for your digitizer. Stitch-file digitizing can be discussed separately if needed.

Is this AI vectorising?

No. AI tools may help with previews, upscaling or cleanup in some cases, but every file is manually checked, cleaned and prepared for production use. The focus is usable print-ready artwork, not one-click auto-tracing.

Do you work with UK shops?

Yes. I work remotely by email and WhatsApp, and I have long-term UK customer work dating back to 2021.

What files can I send?

PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG and common raster artwork files. If you are unsure, send the file and I will check it first.

How fast is delivery?

Most simple files are delivered within 24 hours after confirmation. Very complex or urgent work may need a custom timeline.
